My iPhone is old and broken but I can’t afford a new one, what should I do? It’s just not fair, the new iPhone are really cool but really expensive. I broken iPhone 7 screen and I know I can fix it but the temptation to buy a new one is hard to overcome. What I should do is get an estimate on how much mine will cost to fix or replace.

If there is any sign of water damage they won’t touch it. Second, the rate they charge to fix your device is close to the cost to buy a used one. After shopping around I decided to get my broken iPhone 7 screen fixed at a third party repair facility. My iPhone 7 needed a new screen and a new battery. The total costs less than a fifth of the price of a new iPhone 10. Even with the new iPhone 11’s due in September it was a no brainier. The new operating system will still work with the iPhone 7 so I’ll be able to keep all my apps. The tech said if I had the 6 series it would have made more sense to upgrade to a 7 or an 8. The new operating system will only work on an iPhone 7 or newer.
